5. Payment & Transaction Security

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all confirmed orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once prepared or dispatched.
Customers may request to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Incorrect or damaged deliveries must be reported within 2 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic proof, for review and possible replacement.
The Company reserves the right to issue replacements or store credits at its discretion.
