No Refunds or Returns

All products sold on www.tfb.ae are perishable items, including flowers, plants, and custom arrangements. As such, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds once the order has been processed, dispatched, or delivered.
This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, freshness, and quality for all our customers. Once flowers leave our premises, they cannot be reused or resold for health and quality reasons.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order only if the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched for delivery.
To request cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately via phone or email, quoting your order reference number.
Once the order preparation process begins or the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

While every effort is made to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition, please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
If you receive a product that is incorrect or significantly damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
Our team will review your claim, and if it is verified as a genuine error on our part, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same or equivalent arrangement, or
  • A store credit for future use (at the company’s discretion).

Please note that natural variations in color, shape, or minor substitution of flowers due to seasonal availability do not qualify as product defects.

Failed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable at the provided delivery address and our team is unable to reach the customer after reasonable attempts, the order will be marked as delivered or attempted delivery.
In such cases, no refund or redelivery will be made. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details and recipient availability.

Payment Disputes

All transactions are processed in AED through Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway (Telr).
www.tfb.ae will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
If you believe an incorrect charge has been made to your account, please contact us immediately for review. Valid disputes will be resolved in accordance with UAE Central Bank and payment gateway regulations.
