All deliveries are available within the United Arab Emirates only.
We currently do not offer international delivery outside the UAE.
Delivery Scheduling
Customers can select a preferred delivery date and time slot during checkout.
We make every effort to deliver within the selected time; however, orders placed after the daily cut-off time or during high-volume periods (such as holidays or peak seasons) may be scheduled for the next available delivery window.
A message box is available at checkout for customers to specify additional delivery instructions or special requests (e.g., building access, recipient details, delivery timing preferences).
Delivery Method and Handling
All deliveries are completed through our in-house delivery team or approved local courier partners to ensure the safe and timely handling of floral arrangements.
Each order is prepared fresh on the day of delivery, packaged in appropriate protective wrapping, and transported under temperature-controlled conditions wherever possible to maintain product freshness and quality.
Delivery Confirmation & Proof of Delivery
Upon successful delivery, our delivery staff will obtain a proof of delivery receipt signed and confirmed by the customer or recipient.
This receipt serves as final confirmation that the order was received in good condition.
In case the recipient is unavailable at the specified address, our team will attempt to contact the customer. If no response is received, the order may be left with a security guard, reception desk, or an authorized person at the delivery location, depending on customer instructions. Such deliveries are considered completed and fulfilled.

In some cases, free delivery may apply for orders above a specified value or during promotional campaigns. - International Delivery:
Not applicable. www.tfb.ae currently does not deliver outside the UAE.

Unsuccessful Deliveries
If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the delivery will be considered fulfilled, and no refund or redelivery will be issued.
